Lucky...

I was lucky enough to find my MCSC sitting at the dealer waiting for me to take it home. Hot Orange with matching interior, blue top and 3 out of the 4 pkgs. It has everything immaginable in it (except LSD ) Picked it up mid-October and have the pleasure of many sunny days with the top down. Although today there is 3" of snow so it is sitting in the garage waiting for me to find a local dealer to install some 3M clear bra. They cinder the roads very very heavily in my area. Looking forward to many years of MINI motoring. Old vehicle was a Subaru STi, I miss it but my MINI helps me to forget. Looking forward to hitting a local autoX when the weather breaks.

Congrats on the find! Whereabouts south of Pittsburgh? I'm originally from Smithfield, around Uniontown, and I know I always said "south of Pittsburgh" on message board locations, because nobody would know where Uniontown was, let alone Smithfield. I talked to my folks this mornnig on the way to work, and they were guesstimating more like 6"... I remember doing the trick-or-treating thing in snow, once, but I think this is the earliest I can recall any actual snow on the ground in that area.

South of Pittsburgh as in on the Yough Lake, just off of Route 40.

Nice! I worked in Markleysburg for a while -- nice driving in the mountains, especially some of those winding roads back to Ohiopyle.

Wow! Sounds like you found your perfect pumpkin coach - just like Cinderella (only it won't literally turn back into a pumpkin at midnight). Ask the Fairy Godmother to melt the darn snow for you!
