Okay I'm starting to get desperate. I know my production date was 7/20 from ASK-MINI, but I can't get any tracking info from Wallenius' website. Anytime I enter the VIN or the last 7 of the VIN I get a message that there is no cargo info with that number. ASK-MINI had no more info than the production date when I called them today!!

Anyone have a production date close to mine and any suggestions?? I have a recuring nightmare that she's lost in some dock warehouse limbo and still not aboard a vessel on her way to me!

jfunkmd, what does the Owner's Lounge say about your car? You should also be able to call you MA and they can look in their computers and get a -somewhat- accurate estimate of where you car is.

The delivery times are different depending on where your dealer is located (west cost delivery takes longer) but my dealer in Cleveland says it takes 30 days from production to dealer delivery.


Give you MA a call, I'm guessing you will be pleasantly surprised!

 

My MINI finished production on 8/5 and shipped on 8/10 on the Carmen. If W&W still doesn't say anything about your VIN, I'll bet it's on a K-Line boat. Where do you live? If it's a west-coast shipment, it'll spend about a month on the pond. Otherwise, about 2 weeks. Your MA should be able to get you a pretty good picture of what's going on.
