My mini has been "Awaiting Transport" for nearly a week now.

Is this typical?

It's very hard to get any work done when you're checking the owners lounge eight times a day!

 

Mine showed that for a while. But in fact for a few days it was actually sailing. If you read back on countless threads you will notice that MINI isn't 100% up on the status of the car's build process. Take your VIN and type it into the W&W website (I need to find the link) and see if what ship its on.

 

Call your motoring advisor and get an update from him/her. My MA at Global Imports in Atlanta always knew more than the website did.

dont bother looking at the owners loung, i had my car in my posestion and it still said awaiting delivery or in transit i forget what it said but was not accurate anyway. it got here quicker than exspected anyway. just hope that when you get it there arent any problems.
