I'm going to be ordering a new '06 MCS as soon as they're available and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Works package was worth the price+labor?

Welcome to the board and hopefully your wait won't be too long. As for whether the Works package is worth it, I really believe it only matters whether it is worth to you. For me it was not worth it and I went with a stock MCS, but there are many others here who opted for the Works package and love it.

Welcome works_motorer! Looking at your handle I'd say you already made up your mind about the works package.

It really depends on the individual. I got it because I wanted a kick-a** MINI, but I didn't want to do the mods myself. I also wanted the factory warranty. Would I buy it again? You bet!

If you drive the MCS you may find it has enough pickup for your pleasue. Keep the money for the second MINI you will be buying.

Welcome to NAM:smile:
