Just getting settled in at my new duty station here at Pope AFB. I took delivery of my new MINI Cooper S on the 15th of June - Hyper Blue, white roof, white racing stripes, heated seats, heated w/washers and mirrors, chome line interior, space cloth interior, rear fog, front fogs, sunroof, multifunction steering wheel, auto headlights and wipers, and a big smile on the pilot.


Nice to be one among you with a MINI, I've been wanting one for about 2 or 3 years, now I have one and it's a dream. I've seen a few MINI owners and I must say they are a friendly bunch when they see someone else with a MINI.




Where are some good curvy roads around here? Most are 4 to 5 hours west in the mountians
