I think "in transit" means its on the boat, "en route" means its on the truck to the dealer...? Have you gone to .miniusa.com? I found that the web site can be a few days behind. I just called my dealer and asked them. They know for sure! Good Luck!

It's the other way around.

Mine was "In Transit" the moment ot left the line. The whole time it sat in Southampton, waitong for a boat, it was "In Transit".

Once it was loaded, it went to "En Route"

It lands tomorrow in Port Heneme and MiniUSA still says "En Route"

OL is useless... call ASK-MINI or your MA

The Owners' Lounge is useless from a tracking standpoint. The highlight is the music, and that's annoying after the first... oh, let's say "one" time you've heard it.

Personal experience and at least a dozen separate threads here confirm that the only reasons to engage in tracking activities in the Owners' Lounge are (a) enjoying the sensation that nothing is happening for a very long time, even though common sense and the rotation of the earth dictate that something must be happening; and/or (b) you are particularly intrigued by the idea of a surprise delivery. [NOTE: If that's your idea of fun, then you have other issues best dealt with in forums not dealing with motorized vehicles.]

By contrast, the people (I don't know about the recordings -- but the people) at ASK-MINI are both informative and pleasant.

There is no point in trying to figure out the lag between ASK-MINI and the OL. It's like trying to figure out the relationship between a 1930s newsreel and today's news. [NOTE: Oops. My bad. I didn't mean to get political. ] The fact is that one source is, by definition, not current.
