First time poster to this forum. Spend the last few hours reading through posts and I have to say: "I like it!"

Took delivery of my '05 Mini Cooper Open in Liquid Yellow w/Premium, Sport, Cold weather, premium leather, chrome and guage package back in mid November '04. Basically, walked into the dealer to look around and walked out with a car. Wanted a little British convertible for the past 20 years, ever sence my wasted youth in my MG Midget. Been loving it everyday, even though the weather in SoCal has been forcing me to keep the top up.

Got some stripes and numbers on order from www.mightystripes.com and as soon as those get here and get applied, I will try to post some picks.

In the meanwhile, looking forward to reading the NG and maybe meeting up with some other mini lovers in the Southern California area.
