I am getting an error message when trying to add a picture to a post or my signature. It says I don't have the permission or trying to edit someone elses post. However in the status for posting rules everything seems "good to go".

Any help? Thanks.

 

There isn't anything different about your account from what I can tell.

You should be able to add pictures: either with image tags or as an attachment (up to 800 by 600),


Where is this picture at? (on your hard drive, already on the internet)

I have the same issue, I thought it was because I was still in neutral. I got as far getting then into the attachment manager or what ever it's called and could not attach. I had gotten some great stripes and wanted to post but got stuck. Could be operator though.

 

The image/file might be too big?

 

Another way to do it is to upload into your photo gallery. Then copy and paste to post.

Like to second that. Copy and pasting from the gallery works!!!

 

I got it. The FAQ's were very helpful, I didn't notice some of the links in the grey bar above in the gallery. Once I found those much easier.

Thanks for the help! Now I can post pictures as soon as the car arrives!
