2012 Countryman R60 Drivers Door Failure

Hi New to the forum, i think i should have started a new post. but replied to an old one. Apologies for the confusion

I have a 2012 Countryman, the door actuator on the drivers door failed (i thought). I replaced with a new one (aftermarket) this worked for about 2 days. Couldn't open from the inside or outside however when the inner handle was pulled the button on the door popped up, i tried everything i could and had to revert to removing the door card with the door closed (as mentioned above) not an easy task. Pulling the levers on the actuator manually with my hand it still wouldn't open. Resorted to destroying a new actuator as i figured it must have failed mechanically inside. I replaced with another new actuator, after market again but a more expensive one this time as i thought the first one may have been a cheap one (buy cheap, pay twice).

Got the second new one installed. opened it closed it, locked and unlocked it drove around in it so the auto locking mechanism activated when it was driven. Even left it overnight and did it all again the next day. All looked good so put all the door card back on.
It lasted two days and its done the same thing, cant open it from inside or out.

Can anyone advise, surely it cant be two faulty new actuators
Thanks all
