Hi fellow Miniacs!

Just wanted to introduce myself, as I am a long time viewer of this forum yet sadly a first time poster. I'm the "original" owner of an 03 Cooper S, and the new owner of an F54 Clubman S. Im saying "original" owner because my R53 was actually built and bought by my dad brand new back in 2003, which began my love affair with Mini's. He grew up driving the original Minis when he was a kid, which prompted him to order one back in 03'. Sadly he rarely ever drove the car, as he had other cars to drive and the R53 pretty much sat around until I got my Drivers License at 17. Eventually he transferred ownership to me. He taught me how to drive in that car, coupled with learning to drive stick. It has seen me through High School, College, Girlfriends, Road Trips, and my Daily commute as an adult. After nearly 11 years as my daily driver (with only 74k miles, thanks for not driving Dad!) and being left stranded at least twice a year in the last 3 years, I've decided to give my tired R53 a well deserved rest; and purchased a 2020 Clubman S three weeks ago as my DD. I look forward to sharing all the things I've learned in fixing my R53, as well as learning and sharing my new Clubman build with you all. I'd like to thank everyone who's ever posted anything regarding the R53, as I've definitely scoured this website numerous times anytime my Mini needed a repair, or I needed advice. Im very happy to finally have two Mini's, and I look forward to chatting with fellow Mini Enthusiasts! Included are some pics of the 03, and the new Clubman! Best!
