Hello, I'm am a 18 year old car nerd. And this is my story.
First Mini Cooper, first car on my own and what a trip it's been. I've been on NAM for afew months and finally decided to talk about mine after I came up with a name for him. I am the proud owner of a 2012 CMS, who I've named D.B Cooper. He is white with the black stripes, mirror caps, heated seats, and roof racks. He's been on one heck of a journey. I picked him up second hand from a car dealership that has always seemed sketchy, but he was high miles, 117,952(189,825 km). Test drove him and loved him instantly. Two weeks after owing him, he broke his oil housing, and took it for warrenty repair, TWICE, and in the end I ended up having my whole engine replaced. Two weeks later, the throttle body was shot, got that fixed, and just recently a boost hose broke, so now that's fixed. I realize I have no pictures of him, so those should be coming soon. I have a huge list of what I want to do to him, but for now he's being loved. Got the windows tinted and that's about it in ways of "mods".

His paint is chipped, stripes cracked, dents, and all of that, but one day he will be restored and have his spirit back.

 

White wheels would make that thing really pop. & the real D.B. must have been quite the character :-)
