Strange n00B....
Strange on multiple levels, but mainly 'cause I don't have a Mini.
I do, tangentially, have two, but their use is limited as they belong to two women in my life, my ex-wife and my daughter.
I have to work on them, so I do get to play somewhat.
Anyhow, I want to buy a semi-specific scan & reset tool as the friggin' Snap-On scanner we have here won't do much of anything for BMW/Mini.
Looking at Schwaben & Foxwell units.
Any input on units greatly appreciated.
I have an '07 BMW X3 as well as the two 2013 R56s.

both have positive reviews for BMW/MINI specific use
I'd shop price ..... I assume the Sch' allows 'other loads' like the Fox' .... or that would be a big factor in decision for me

I use the schwaben tool myself and you can load on it for other Makes, we support the Schwaben one and I have it here for my two MINIs.
The regular foxwell you get elsewhere if their is a problem, I cant help you with it.
