2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S TPMS Sensor

I was tapped by another car, this pushed in my rear bumper snapping the support brackets ( which I have been able to secure for now). My problem is the TPMS Sensor Module that was tucked up in the bumper somewhere was hanging and a couple of wires have snapped. I have located a new sensor, but am wondering if this is something I can do or does it have to be reprogramed by a dealer? Also where in the rear of the car this was attached?
