Hello from Northern VA

Live in northern Virginia and have two minis, a 2004 with 230,000 miles that has always been in the family. And a 2014 JCW Countryman. If anyone can direct me to finding a replacement cage and spring for the old style oil filter cover for the 2004 I would appreciate it.

(I used part of the broken cage and spring and with a new caged filter got things working. I am contemplating machining a replacement part that can sub for the cage and sourcing the spring)

Welcome, you will have to check with old junkyards or just get a newer housing from a 2005+ at a junkyard and do the conversion.
