At last my first MINI - Need help to get a bit more power

Hi,
I finally was able to buy a MINI and since I have a 4 member family I had to go with the big Mini the Countryman S.
So far I'm really excited about the car since I was able to get the latest generation with the 2.0 Twin turbo and paddle shifters. Still I would like to add more power, nothing crazy but I read that for less than $1k I can add 30-50hp.
So my question to you guys are the following.
1 - I bought a CPO so I have warranty till 2022, so I'm looking for a tune that won;t void the warranty.
2 - Which DYO tune you will suggest is the best? I'm not looking to go racing with such a tall car but I believe that 30-50hp more will make this heavier Mini a much fun drive, right?
3 - turning off traction should get some wheel spin, right? when stepping on the gas. Mine doesn't.
4 - Any suggestion on strips? I would like to add some to the hood since the car is all black and needs something to contrast all the black.

Thanks in advance for the comments since I'm really excited to start tweaking a bit my mini
