Hi all! I live an hour outside Philly and just got my first all electric Mini yesterday. Having trouble with the Miniconnected app. Anyone else on this forum have the Cooper SE yet?

 

Hello, I think their is only one other person local that has one in Columbus, Ohio and I dont think he is on the forums. He was the first delivery in the USA.
I would check back with the dealer and have them help you.

Congratulations on your new electric MINI! Sorry I cannot help you with your question on the MINI connected app but I was wondering if you could post a picture of the dashboard in your new MINI? I am trying to decide what interior color to order for my Iconic MINI Cooper SE and cannot find any examples and would love to see a photo. My choices are:
Black Checkered
Dark Silver
Mini Electric

As an aside, just read in the news they are shutting down the MINI plant in Cowley for a month starting Friday March 20 due to coronavirus. Not happy since I was hoping to get my order in for the MINI Cooper SE. I just toured the plant last week and production was strong at 1,000 cars per day and it looked like every 4th or 5th car was electric!

Sad to hear that you are having troubles with MiniConnected. I never really got it to work with our R61 and it's been fine but there's a lot more important functionality for the SE.

Does anyone know if you can set charge schedules and HVAC pre-conditioning in the main infortainment in the actual car? I seem to remember this was an option with the PIH Countryman we had for 14 hours. I'm not counting on a functional Android app from BMW given their track record of ignoring our half of the market.
