Not starting issues

Hi, I have a 2009 hatchback. In our last big rainstorm the sunroof leaked and the fuse panel got wet. We did our our best to dry out the interior and panel, but then problems started. First the windshield wipers stopped working. Then the car would flash every conceivable symbol warning on start up. Then the next day it started dying, and finally stranded me on the side of the road. Took it home, made sure it was dry, changed a relay in the fuse box, nope. Read the codes and it came up with: a0b1,a0b3,a0b5,a0b6. So my husband thinks it’s electrical and suspects the CAS module. I’m wondering if some sort of relay to the gears is shorting or dead and the gear position sensor won’t let me start the car. We suspect there is a parasitic drain on the battery as it’s loosing charge just sitting in the driveway, unless we put it on the charger. Any ideas? I have an appt at a shop but we aren’t millionaires so any info would be much appreciated!!
