New guy with a rebuilt S Clubman

Hi all, I’m new to this forum! I recently won at a salvage auction a 2012 S Clubman, and rebuilt it. It only had 35k miles on it, and it was wrecked in the front right corner. I had a lot of fun rebuilding this car, and I REALLY enjoy driving it! After I put about 3k miles on it the temperature sensor quit working and I had change out the thermostat housing. Once I put it all back together it started throwing a code for the heating activation line. I have checked the connections several times to make sure it’s hooked up correctly and I even put some dielectric grease in the connection, but it’s still throwing the code. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know before I purchase a whole new tube with the sensors. Thanks!
