Newbie lookin for sum advise.

I got a 2013 mcs with about 75k. Bought her about a year ago and love her to death. Shes my daily and ive put about 18k on i n the past year. Ive been slowly adding mods and i think its time to upgrade to a bigger turbo. But first my issue. Ive noticed im getting a decent size puff of smoke wen at wot. I never get smoke when i start the car after sitting or when driving in traffic. Ive done a lot of lookin on here and think ive read every post about blue smoke i can find. My question is can bad valve guides cause blue smoke a wot? Ive read it cant. But im also using about a qt of oil every 600-700 mi. Which is "normal" for minis right? I checked my pcv by trying to remove oil cap and its very hard to pull up when at idle and it changes rpms when i do so i assume valve cover is ok? I dont have any cel or anything also i was gettin about 20 psi of boost, now i cant c more 15. Im stumped any suggestions to help me nail this down. My assumption is the turbo is on its way out since it nerver smokes at all any other time other than wot or full boost.
Engine mod list- so far
invidia cat back, aem intake, catless dp, manic stg 1

Valve guides can definitely cause smoke and oil consumption. But also turbos can start losing the bearings and start squirting oil in the exhaust manifold. If the bearings in the turbo are going out, along with smoke, they will develop less boost, due to wobble.
The smoke from the turbo, will not show on the spark plugs, as it is happening after the engine. It will cause the cat to freak out and start throwing o2 codes (lean or rich).
Hope this helps a little.
Welcome to NAM!
Post up some pics, when you can!

What would the plugs look like if it were guides? I did plugs about 3 months ago after the tune they didnt look bad not oil soaked or anythin like that. Would they b covered in oil? And if they are not it most likly is the turbo? There is a very slight amount of play in the turbo but idk how bad since i dont have much expierence with turbos. I will def put up pics once i can clean her up a bit. Its been pretty cold up here so i havent had a chance to give her a bath in a lil.

Plugs can be difficult to read, if you do not know what you are looking at. With that said, if it is burning a lot of oil in the combustion chamber, the plugs will start building up carbon crust on the insulator tips.
Play in the turbo, should not be feel-able by hand and should not be able to move up and down (simplified), it it does, the turbo bearing is toast. (make sure to use 100% synthetic oil all the time) and change oil at 5000 miles. The turbo bearing is lubed and they are cooled with the oil. non synthetic oils burn at lower temps and cause buildup, which cause bearing to fail prematurely.
Your transmission will be happier with synthetic oil too!
