I recently inherited my dads mini and plan to build it up to my specs and have some fun with it. This is my first mini and I’m excited to learn all about it.

It is a 2011 Cooper base is Pepper White
I live it so far. It has 116k on it. I needs new shocks, wheels, and tires to start. I’ve bought some cool over for it already and going to buy some wheels but unsure about getting the fitment I want.
I was originally looking at 17x7.5 inch rims but have recently decided to go with a 16x8. What I am unsure of is the offset. I am planning on getting some volk racing TE37v’s in bronze for it. Any thoughts?

Awesome! How do you like them! I’m going to order mine this week. Are you happy with the 16x8? I’m looking for more performance over everything else. Also I was curious the widest tire I can fit under there. I was hoping 245/45 would be maxing it out but still most functional.
