MINI novice - 1st time owner
Hi everyone:
This is my first post and I have to apologize if I seem like a complete MINI novice to most of you. I've had many sports cars over the years - especially Alfa Romeos - but recently bought my very first MINI - a 2018 Countryman All4 S. I have a couple of rookie questions:
1. Any particular problems/concerns I should watch out for?
2. I'd like to do some basic upgrades to give it a little more power and handling without voiding the warranty. It handles well but body roll is a lot more than I like, as well.
Thanks

Welcome to NAM.
Suggest you check out the Countryman section here as I am pretty sure you find threads on the questions you have.
And by the way, pictures are always good here. They are like free beer to get your friends to come over and help you . . . .

Dinan Elite would be the only power add on that keeps the warranty in check. At least Dinan claims that they will cover what MINI refuses to cover if a drive train issue occurs from the tuning box. Customer service has been spotty of late so can't recommend them based on those reports. I do have it on my F56 and like it, but I'm already out of warranty so not an issue for me.
Question #1 I'll leave for others as I don't have an F60 at this point.

other cars
Well, let's see, I've owned;
1966 Alfa GT
1968 MG
1969 - 427, 435 hp Vette
1971 Alfa GTV (really miss that one - faster than heck; used to road race with my buddy's 69 Z28. Got him in the corners!) At one time, it was the first and only gold-colored GTV in the country
1972 - SS ElCamino, fully restored; built 350 with 425 hp. Featured in one of Tom Cotter's Cars Found in Barns book series.
1976 Camaro LT with 350 4 barrel engine - fastest setup you could buy new that year
1993 Ford Probe GT - underrated, really quick with 6 cylinder Mazda-built engine
1998 - Buick Regal GS - supercharged
2018 MINI Countryman All4 S
I'll rustle up some pix and post them ASAP.
