New to the MINI in San Diego
Hi all!
Just got a 2010 Cooper S for my SO, it's our first time, so please be gentle!
I'm originally from Scotland (22 years and counting). I am a major gear-head, have been all my life. I've owned dozens of cars over the years from just about every major manufacturer, so I'm more than familiar with European vehicles. Including the completely-unrelated Austin/British Leyland Minis.
I just bought a 2010 Cooper S for the little lady (a born and raised California girl), and she's head-over-heels in love with it. Seems like a decent little car, but I'm always cautious of what Previous Owners have passed along to the next poor unsuspecting sap... I've got experience and stories for days...
Anyway, that's us, I'll complete my profile and get going soon...
