Hello everyone! I'm new to the whole forum thing but, I'd figured I would give it a try. My name is Timothy and here's a little back story about me, I come from the Audi/Volkswagen scene as I had a B5 A4 converted to S4 on Stasis coilovers, GIAC chip, tuned, Miltek Non Resonated Exhaust, 034 engine and trans mounts and Rotiforms. I wanted to get a MK6 GTI but, they are kinda pricey still and I had always wanted a BRG R53 or R56 and when the time came for me to seriously get a new car, I had first found this super mint R53 in BRG with super low miles for an 04. I went down to the dealer on a Saturday and talked to them and had it set up to buy the car that Monday and they said they would call me around 12 to let me know that they will be able to start the paperwork. I never got a call from them ans thkught, maybe I they just forgot. I then call them to see what was going on and they had told me that, they had sold a the car that day to someone else in cash. I got super annoyed/sad because, I thought I would never find another BRG Mini. So then comes R56 with 84k and the same packages as the R53. I went to check it out and bought it the next day! Super killer deal as well. It's an 08 BRG Cooper S with sport and premium package. I've put 2k miles on it in the past month and a lot of canyon/back road driving and I have absolutely fallen in love with this car! Wow this is super long winded opening but, I'm super excited to have a Mini and I'm glad to have joined! Here are some pic I took of my B5 when I had it and my R56 from this past weekend up GMR.
