I'm looking to get rid of the micro/surface scratches. There's a couple of tiny dents that really bother me but I won't tackle those until later down the road. I am going through my MCS with clay/compound/polish and a layer of black wax sometime today. Hoping I don't get too lazy.
LOL! As far as mods, I've already chopped the resonator and 2nd cat off of the car. K and N panel filter has already been stuffed into the air box. The mini has been debadged as well. Dealer name and Cooper s has been removed. A euro plate has been installed as of yesterday. Sadly the past owner had to have a license plate drilled into the front. I figured a Europlate would be a lot cheaper than getting those holes filled/painted. Next major mod is a set of coilovers to get rid of the wheel gap. Definitely tackling cosmetics before performance.
I'm gathering parts for maintenance as of right now. Oil + filter, coolant and plugs. Brake fluid and flushing the tranny out as well. I know the car is fairly new (60k), but I'd like to change everything myself so I have piece of mind. Car dealerships always say they do multi point inspections but we all know that's a selling point.
I've already messed up and accidentally bought N14 spark plugs instead of N18 plugs. Appearantly NGK doesn't make any equivalents to Beru's for the N18. I've seen a thread with someone just running them but that makes me really nervous. If anyone needs a set they are on the marketplace with my contact info.

Hi asysavanh, I know when we look up close to our own car, we can see many things that others can not see. Don't make yourself crazy trying to fix all the little imperfections, but focus on the super fun this car really is. Few folks out there that have never driven one, have no idea what these cars offer the owner!
Yours is super nice and we are glad you joined the family!

Looks nice, I see you have a very rare MTTS 2016 Grille badge. Was it there when you bought it?

I actually bought the car from Oklahoma City. It was on the car when I bought it. I was planning on removing it and hanging it up since I wasn't actually there. How rare is this badge?
