I can't get my back seats to fold down in my 2005 r52 convertible base? PLEASE PLEASE

I've used my key to unlock them but they won't lay down???

You have to pull the latch on the back and make sure they are unlocked at the top.

See those upper latch handles on the back side of the rear seats. You have to pull those, then push the back of the seat down.
