My name is Nick, from Lincoln, NE. I have a 2008 Mini Cooper S that I picked up for my daughter. She named the car Charlie on the day we brought it home.


I grew up driving/modifying American muscle, still have my first car, '69 Chevelle, from high school. My daily driver is a 2010 Acura TL. I was a mechanic for 15 years and ran that Chevelle at the nearest drag strip in my younger days. I'm now an Electrical Engineer for a power company and haven't been on the track in over a decade.


I have frequented this site since purchasing the mini out of need due to it's poor performance. The site has been a huge help to me. It's time for my own thread, though, because the Mini is not currently running.
