Hello all! I just joined up. I am the proud owner of a 2010 R56S.

I've been having problems with my car going into (and out of) Limp Mode.

Last visit to the dealer, they suggested a new valve cover, replacement of some un-named part of the turbo system, and walnut blasting of the intake ports. Since I didn't have $1700 to spend I declined the work.

I replaced the valve cover myself, and the problem improved, but did not go away entirely.

I then reviewed the work order and saw that the tech found "Intermittent Failure In EPDW"

Saw a post on here re an "EPDW Valve". It included Mini's name and number for the part,"Pressure Converter PART##11657599547".

Can anybody tell me more about this part, what it does, where on the car is it, and is it difficult to replace?
