Hello NAM members,
I am a new member to this community and to Mini's in general. I purchased a 2004 Mini S, pepper white with a surprisingly low 75 K miles. I decided to sell my previous car (Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR 2012) as my wife and I are thinking about expanding the family. Unfortunately the Evo is not economically viable, but optimistically the Mini gives a way better bang for the buck.
I have always wanted to own and drive a mini. I can see why people love them. I will be lurking, reading up on this active forum while getting acclimated to all things Mini
A pic for everyone and the specs that came with my new baby;
Mini Cooper S 2004
-Pepper white over Cordoba beige/anthracite soft leather.
-Premium, sport, and cold weather packages
-Panoramic sunroof, xenon headlights, Harmon Kardon premium sound, auto A/C, heated seats.
Mods:
- Borla exhaustd
- Drilled/slotted brake rotors
- Auxiliary driving lights
- Carbon fiber strut bar
- Cold air intake
- Weighted shift ****
- Slightly lowered on Koni adjustable shocks
- Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position tires on 17" ASA rims

Welcome to NAM and congratulations on the purchase of your new-to-you R53. Looks super clean and those are definitely some low miles. Nice list of mods as well.
