Just wanted to say hello. I just rescued a Mini from the back row of a of a Chevrolet dealer. No one there wanted to put a clutch in it, so, it set there for about three weeks.
Its a 2010 Cooper S Convertible Laurel Sport Edition. It needs a little work, but over all really good shape. I just need to get the time to put the clutch in.
Welcome, sounds like you got a good deal, but maybe a great deal with all the accessories that come on that car since it's a Laurel edition. Let us know if we can help you out the clutch on that car isn't that bad.
Pretty good eye for the cars in there.
Thank for the compliments. I work at an independent auto repair shop.
I do have a few cars, the iroc is actually an 82 Sport Coupe I have had it since high school. It has a 454 and a 4 speed trans. It was my money maker in the early 90's. I bought the Corvette in 1997, it was a lease turn in at a dealer I worked. The yellow car is a 78 Z28 my dad and I restored a few years ago.
My parents have a MINI Cooper S Roadster. It's a pretty fun little car.
