Last summer I bought my first Mini. Nothing too fancy, a 2010 R56 non S. I had only owned pickups before because I needed them. The mini opened my eyes to the fun of driving. I have never had as much fun driving as I have in my Mini. I'll be doing some small mods (mostly cosmetic) this summer and plan on buying an MCS next year.

My first real fun drive was going over the Beartooth Mountains (almost 11,000 feet high). I had to remember the event by snapping a couple pictures by a random lake.






What really disappointed me was two weeks after buying it, somebody ignored a stop sign. While at the shop waiting on repairs, a terrible hail storm came through and added some more damage. It took a month and about $10,000 in repairs billed to insurance compaines, but I finally had it back.
