Hello to all...

wow.. Cant believe im back in a MINI forum..
Well, after a deal that was toooooo good to pass up, im the proud new owner of a 2013 (brand new left over ) r58-JCW-PW-HK-17"challenge wheels.

Cant wait to start buying stuff for it... I guess my wife will just have to deal with the UPS guy showing up at the door all the time

(with happiness comes sadness, as i sold my Beloved 2003 Miata SE to get this ) She will be missed, but not forgotten...11 years with her..49k miles..

Avid MINI fan from day one.. Very involved from 2002 until things changed.. geeze so much to catch up on.. Im glad i found this Forum to Join

 

Good luck, you'll love it. I have a 2013 roadster and with over 33,000 miles it has been great. With the only problem being the oil wicking issue, that I took care of myself. So no need to ever go back to the dealer. Has been a great ride and a great car, enjoy.

 

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah I was reading up on the wicking but couldn't ever find if there was a clean production date when new sensor/plug installed. I have a 2/13. Prod. So I went in the garage and looked. Nice and dry although I imagined I would find that as the car only has 200 miles on it. need to change the oil. It's has no miles on it but has been in there for 18 months.
