Hey guys! I bought my first Mini, a 2005 MCS, about three months ago an absolutely love it. I lurked around this site a bit wen deciding if I should get a Mini, and it definitely helped me decide.

Anyway, I've been a member of NAM about since I bought it but haven't introduced myself yet. I'm a student in Las Vegas, NV right now but will be moving shortly.

I love my car, tons of fun - quick, great handling. I'm a big fan. I plan to begin modifications pretty soon, starting with an S/C pulley (I actually just started a thread asking for some advice on sizes). From there, there's a few things I'd like to do, but no hurries to do it. Tight on time and budget as a full time student haha.

Congrats on your new-to-you MINI and welcome to NAM! First gen S cars (R53s) are great. Fun right out of the box but easy to mod & upgrade for even more. Enjoy miles of smiles, and drive 'er in good health!
