2010 Mini no start: cranks, no fuel,no spark

Greetings, just bought this mini, 35k, damaged oil pan, oil out...supposedly the engine was locked, engine now spins free, no fuel psi, no spark.
New battery, door chime is active, everything appears to work.. any suggestions would be helpful

replace spark plugs, plug wires, check coil, replace fuel pump, make sure fuel gets delivered into cylinder.
