Just picked up an 06 mini base for my wife... auto, silver, nearly fully loaded. She needs a little TLC but not to bad.

Looking to get cruise control installed as the dealer who sold it to use lied saying it was installed. Morristown mini said its possible they quoted me $399 plus labor at 4 hours... hoping I can find something closer and cheaper. haha! Thanks all! Look forward to joining the mini club! I myself actually drive an 06 VW GTI, thats where my true heart is.

 

Welcome! You and she will love the R50. Pics or it never happened! By the way, the only "base" MINI is one that has no options, and any model can be a "base". You have a non-S MINI.

 

haha thanks for the clarification. ;-) Wish we got an S but we had certain criteria to meet. Silver, heated leather, automatic. Will post pics soon. Shes all stock and probably will always be.. just need to clean her up some. And trying to figure out how to get cruise control in! haha
