Just finishing up my second day of ownership. Spent most of yesterday driving it around. Sorry no pics yet. I traded in my 05 Ford Ranger Edge for a 2010 MINI Cooper S Mayfair edition in hot chocolate with black roof manual transmission. I have to say these cars are awesome. I was reluctant about them but after renting a Countryman in San Francisco during the summer I was impressed. The Countryman seemed a bit underwhelming in the speed department but handled very well and stood up to about 10 miles of very technical dirt road navigation. It was also extremely comfortable for a long road trip. I figured a Cooper would do the trick if I ever found one with the features I wanted in my price range.

Back at home I was casually searching for a replacement for my worn out pickup that would be more reliable and provide me with better gas mileage, easier parking, and more fun when driving around. I stumbled upon a listing for the MINI I now own. It is a great city car and really holds its own on the highway.
