Hello All,

I bought my first MINI this week (A used 2008 MINI cooper with premium, ambient light, sports and weather package) and enjoying the driving so far.

While the previous owner had kept it very well, I noticed a small problem which I shall post later, this is just my Intro.

Btw - I live in the northwest suburbs of chicago (schaumburg).

 

Welcome to the NAM forums. I'm sure you'll learn a lot from searching and reading the posts throughout the site. I'm sure you can find some answers to your small problem!

I lived in Schaumburg (Weathersfield and Barrington) for about 20 years until we moved to the edge of Kane/DeKalb counties a few years ago. It was a great place to raise a family. Hope you enjoy your MINI!

Thanks & sorry I couldn't reply earlier as I was away from computer for a couple of days.

Yes, indeed schaumburg is a one of the nicer suburbs of Chicago, especially the library, I hear it's the 2nd largest in Illinois!

And Yes, the forum & the people are awesome!
