Bought an 07 MC
Bought an 07 MC
for my daughter. 61k on the odometer; she is a senior in high school, hope it gets her most of the way through college. Nightfire red/Black. Auto, leather, cold weather package, premium package, plus a few other goodies. Glad I didn't get the S turbo for a teen driver, tho
FUN car. I'm impressed, will probably look at a new Countryman in the next year or two.
In the meantime, having fun regaling her with tales of my first car "Chevy Impala with a straight 6 and NO AIR, zero to sixty in 16.8 seconds, had to push it uphill both ways..."

Congrats!
Sure wish my parents bought me a MINI when I was a senior in high school... and it would have even been better if I later put it in storage, because a '68 Cooper S would be a heck of a lot of fun to drive now (and worth more than when it was new)!!!

Ha! My wife's first car was a used '68 Mustang fastback - with the 428 Cobra Jet. After her dad gave it to her, he took it away from her. "Too much car"
Imagine finding one of those put away in storage...

Welcome to NAM, bean_counter, and congrats on your daughter's new MINI. Sounds great, but what does it look like? We'd love to see some pic. We MINIacs love pics.
