Stop Lurking. Start Posting

So I've had my 2011 JCW Clubbie since March and am about to start me-ifying it (as soon as my old Legacy GT Wagon sells anyway). And I have no doubt, if I use NAM anything like I did LegacyGT.com over the years, I will be using the Marketplace A LOT!

So I figured it was time to stop lurking and start posting, so that I don't look like a total noob when I start shopping with fellow members and vendors!

Photos will follow at some point. First project is to blackout the chrome - any and all suggestions/input welcome - I'm thinking headlights (likely to be very pricey from what I can tell so far!), headlight rings, headlight washers (annoying), grill surround, side scuttles & lenses, beltline, and then maybe the damn door handles and gas cap cover - and no I don't want carbon fiber.

So anyway, here I am. I am Not Normal!

Grats on the Clubbie and start on posting! How do you want to black out your chrome? Some pics would be cool (before/after) Have fun with your modding!

Are you going to go the expensive route and purchase black pieces? What color is your car? I used the Detroit Tuned beltline blackout kit on my Mini, and might buy the black grille trim. I was thinking of just getting a used non-S gas door, which IMO looks better than the chrome thing.

Thanks guys. Yes, probably the expensive route since I am a combination of both mechanically incompetent and lazy!

Pics and progress to follow. Starting point - All black Clubbie with red roof and mirror caps...
