What do you think - a MINI is "born" on the date a VIN is assigned and scheduled for production... or... On the completion date?

I guess the same question hold true for humans. Does acknowledgement of life begin at conception or birth? I would have to agree with JonT and say that a MINI's life starts when it is complete and rolls off the assembly line.

In the case of MINIs, wouldn't "conception" be the order date?

Oh boy.....sounds like a much debated question!!
Typically, it will only be a few days difference....so not much of a change either way!!
If it was a hand-built Bentley, it might be SEVERAL MONTHS apart....
