Hi all,

I do not own a mini but have always been intrigued by this car.

What keeps me from purchasing one is the reliability issue. I know every auto manufacturer has problems, but mini seems to be getting low reliability scores from year to year.

I would like to one day buy a used r53 but the reliability issues keep me from pulling the trigger. And, buying a new model seems to be very risky for the same reason.

I would like to hear from those in the socal area about dealer warranty/out of warranty service. I've already done some research on Yelp.
