Traded in 2011 for 2013 Countryman S

My husband and I had a Cosmic Blue 2011 base Countryman that we bought in June 2011. I loved that car, but we knew it was time to kick it up a notch. So, we bought a Crystal Silver with Black Top 2013 Countryman S. If I loved my blue car, I am completely SMITTEN with my new one. My car is the most fun vehicle I have ever driven!

I am having some issues with Mini Connected and was wondering is someone could post a link to a thread that discusses the ins and outs on how to use it. I have a general idea, but I get a little frustrated sometimes.

Thanks,

Jimmy did you hack it? Rather, I mean, integrate a JB'd iphone and such?

@thirdraildesignlab

Nope, i had originally jb it and tried using the displayout app on the iphone to show the iOS interface on the mini connected which worked but really was pointless since you still had to use the iphone's touchscreen to navigate and it didn't look that great.

the demo i have up is the my iPhone 4 running normal iOS 6.1.3. No hacks or mods.

I am using the supplied Y cable from Mini/BMW plugged into the center consoles AV and USB.

the videos will play when your parked only unless you get the VIM (video in motion) coded. you can also access the plugin in the mini connected area to see the iPod like interface on your mini too; i personally use the normal usb media player/screen on the mini vs the iPhone/iPod plugin screens.
