Congratulations!!! Now for the wait and the fun of tracking it.
Check out this link. It will help. The Countryman is produced at a different location than the other Mini's. They leave for the port at Bremerhaven. The link is for BMW but it is still helpful and fun.

This is another helpful link.

Well, considering I live in Germany, I would hope it wouldn't leave at Bremerhaven!

We are US Military stationed over here and are ordering a US Spec Mini via a military car sales dealer

When I stopped by my husband's office to have him sign some of the paperwork I saw 2 different Minis (a Cooper and a Cooper S) in the adjoining parking lot.

Ramstein AB is absolutely swarmed with Minis. Way above the law of averages. At least two in every unit's parking lot. We lost one when our exec deployed, but picked up two more within a couple weeks. Mine, and a convertible. I've got the commander thinking about a Countryman, too!

And by the way--GREAT name!

She's got a new name - Moneypenny. We've been working our way through the Bond 50th Anniversary Blu-Ray set I got my husband for Christmas.

We were on Ramstein AB today (on our way back from spending the 4-day in Brussels, getting fuel and gas) and I saw at least 5 Minis.

Congrats on the new MINI! At least your wait won't be as long as us in CONUS. Totally jealous of you though, your in Bavaria! Spent some time there years ago (Schwabach) and want to go back and visit someday.
