future mini owner need assistance

Hi guys and gals, I am in the process of buying an '08 mini cooper s (this is at a reputable dealer) with less the 50k on the clock hoppefully I will go and see it this friday night or saturday morning. What are the "known" things I should look out for?
UPDATE...
I looked at the mini and it is in decent shape I have 1 major concern and other doubts.
The clutch kicks high and is hard the dealer is saying it's normal. I don't believe it can anyone tell me if I am wrong?
Also it pulls to the left and they are saying that they will replace a rim cv joints and couple of other suspension parts any of you mini experts think I am buying a junk or will the work fix it?
Thank yuo
