Hello, my name is Greg and I just became the proud owner of a 2011 MINI Countryman S All4. I am from Buffalo, NY so had to get awd and once I took it for a test drive, I was hooked.

It is pretty much the base package, so I look forward to some mods in the near future. As a long time Audi/Vdub tuner, I don't know too much yet and was wondering if someone could give me a good starting point. I was thinking ECU tune and a short shifter, but could also do suspension. Any input is appreciated.

Also, I've searched the forums and was wondering if anyone has found a good solution for the terribly designed handbrake. It about the only thing I don't like on the car.

Other than that, I look forward to learning more and will be putting up pictures each step along the way.
