New Member Intro

Hello, I'm a new member that got bit by the Mini bug back in the mid '70's while flying the East German Border with 1st. Squadron of the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment as a Aero Scout on the Kiowas. I had a friend with a '67 that someone had done a lot of work to, it had the 1275 Super Cooper S engine with 2 Webber 2 barrel carbs and 4" wheel flares and what looked like 8" Mini Light mags with tires that looked like refugees from Willow Springs. We embarrassed several 911's and a couple of Corvettes on the narrow 2 lane ox cart roads. But was never able to find a proper one to bring back on either of my tours so I finaly located my '03 MINI Cooper S. So I just wanted to introduce myself.

It is a Top Performance Pro 1, kinda like the Meagan Racing exhaust but without the rolled and crimped ends on the mufflers and resonator. All seams are Tig welded and polished.
