Potential Mini owner dropping in

Hi everyone,

My GF just bought a new Countryman and I have to admit that I am *real* impressed with the car. I like it's personality a lot.

I don't own a Mini (yet) but who knows. I *am* quite the gearhead / car enthusiast, mostly into off-roading (hence the name)

I'm also Pepper12's BF / other half / nemsis / partner in crime.

Welcome! Did you know there was a MINI color called Laguna Green for a while?

In 2010, we ordered a MINI COOPER S (Automatic w/ Steptronic trans.). Since late may 2010, she has truly enjoyed it, as have I.

I enjoyed driving her MCS so much, it got me to thinking about getting one myself. Well, in April 2012, it happened. I traded in this...

2006 Hummer H3

for this.

It now looks like this.

I absolutely love my MINI. Every time I drive it, it is a really delightful driving experience.

Thanks! -No, I didn't know that, but I'm sure the color was all sorts of awesome with that name

I like the things you did to your Mini! I bet it handles like a go cart

Thanks. The Hummer was quite nice after I got it where I wanted it. The MINI handles like an oversized Go-Kart. It is wonderful. It can weave through traffic like the Hummer never could.

Laguna: I had an '04 Mini Cooper S I drove to 165k miles. My wife liked it so much she bought a Clubman the weekend it hit the U.S.

I'm now finishing my order today for a new 2013 JCW Coupe. I love these cars. Nothing else drives like one.
