So, I took the 600 mi. total drive to get my MINI this past Saturday.

Turns out, the whole front end got resprayed in July. Andddd we discovered a 17% pulley on it already.. hmmm...

The strut towers were only mushroomed slightly. One of the rear bolts was a bit tilted but not much, so strut brace coming soon. Plus an exhaust and some other goodies.

I have had soooo much fun driving it! When I was at a gas station filling up the mini and my boyfriend's car, a guy actually took a look around the car and as I drove off just stared.

Also got some looks this morning going to school.

All I want to do is drive the dang thing. Due to limited parking (well.. we have enough spaces just half of them are the size of a dang car so no room for doors opening. NO WAY am I leaving my mini there, so I park on the street with other nice cars.) I felt a little sad that I couldn't bring it into my apartment.

Is this the same car with the airbag light on?

if so what did you find out?

 

Yeah it's the same car. It is the mat sensor. Not really worried about it. The dealer says the airbag still deploys. So not too worried.. Don't have many passengers anyway.

It's an '05. Well the pulleys range in different sizes. There is a 15%, 17%, 19% (not sure if there are any others) but what it does is just make the supercharger spin faster.

It's alright, I wouldn't have known if my boyfriend didn't say anything. :P
