Royal Purple Motor oil

Just curious if anyone has used Royal Purple motor oil in there Minis.My mechanic highly recommends it.

I used it for close to 50,000 miles. Thought it worked fine.

Just changed oil at 48K with kit from DetroitTuned. Royal Purple everything fine.

Used to use it in my MINI but switched to Amsoil.
