New to the forum not so to Mini 02 IB/W MC

My 02 MC has over 210k miles. I love my Mini! I finally cam e to NAM to see what other Mini owners are up to. Trying to decide to buy new or repair Nigel ( will need a tranny rebuild soon)

Hey again! I commented in your other post... Welcome to the family. I am relatively new myself, and I just LOVE my R50.

Remember, "newer" is not always "better".

Welcome!

I would think the answer to the buy vs. repair question depends on how many other repairs, especially major ones, are going to be needed on your 02.

But yeah, we still have a pair of first gen Coopers and prefer them by a wide margin over the second generation.
