New to NAM

Hey everyone!
I've been lurking this forum for a little while, and started becoming active only recently. I joined to get more information on the R56 MC because my gf drives one in pepper white. I drive a Lexus IS.

She let me do some work on her car, and I have been doing everything by her approval, although it's a little faster paced than she was expecting. Modding this car has been pretty enjoyable just because of how there are way more parts available for this car than my own. I've found it easier to work on the Mini.

So far, the mod list goes:
Swift Sport Springs
Alta 19mm Sway Bar
VIP Intake
Cravenspeed shock tower defender
JCW Black Grille and Trim
Plastidipping some of the chrome trim
Alta Short Antenna
Tint
LED Parking Lights

Some stuff in the future are Sway Bar Links, accidentally popped one out when I was changing the springs, but was able to pop it back in with a vice. Deciding between Alta and NM, which would people go with?
Looking to upgrade the wheels to Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 in gloss black with 17x7 when it comes time to change tires.

Here are some pics of her car, and my car.

Welcome!

That's a nice looking Cooper. Pepper White is an outstanding color.

The mods never end... enjoy!

In our family it is me that has the MINI and the wife has the IS350. No mods to the IS, but I've got mine set up for autocrossing. The Team Dynamics are great, strong wheels, but not the easiest to clean due to the spoke design that creates an area at the base of that requires you to stick your finger w/rag into to get fully clean. Mine are gloss black with a polished rim, I love the look.

Have fun with the MINI (and the IS). There is no end or cure for the modding bug.

Nice, my IS I've had for just over 5 years now. It is more heavily modded, with intake, exhaust, coilovers, sways, braces, lsd, and light weight wheels. What size are your wheels?
